Clerodendrum quadriloculare is a species of flowering plant native to New Guinea and the Philippines12. It is an evergreen or semi-deciduous shrub of fast growth, up to about 5 m tall, with branches having an almost quadrangular section3. It is also known as the bronze-leaved clerodendrum, fireworks plant, Philippine glorybower, shooting star or starburst bush1. The plant features pink-and-white balls of flowers from 6 to 10 inches across in winter4. The variegated starburst shrub (Clerodendrum quadriloculare ‘Brandonii’) is a large evergreen shrub featuring masses of starburst-like pink-and-white flowers that begin blooming in January and continue throughout the winter
